| Chapter 1 has shown us what CONNECT is about. It is a way to deal with people feeling alone when they are using the Porto Metro. We found out that the places where people wait are not really places where people connect with each other. So we made a list of what we need to do to make CONNECT work. | Now that we knonw what we want to do with CONNECT we need to look at what we need to look at what other people are doing. The next chapter is going to tell us about how other people connect with each other in cities.
