+The promotional video should be free-format and will be used at the conference. Suggested structure: introduce ourselves, problem, solution, how we accomplished it (2–3 min). Some teams use the video to share personal experiences, but this approach was not favoured. The video should be included in the final presentation.\\
+**Presentation**\\
+Nothing should be read from paper or phone during the presentation. The auditorium is available on Monday 15 June for rehearsal. The start page of the presentation should define the project requirements — to be checked whether this has already been done. The link to today's presentation must be added to the wiki. Results and testing should be included.\\
+**Scientific Paper (deadline: 5 June)**\\
+  * Add a silhouette of one or two people to the figure in Section 3.1; include ceiling view if possible. Same images to be added to the report.
